Superior Adhesion
The modified butyl rubber adhesive layer boasts an initial adhesion of ≥20 N/25mm, ensuring secure adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metal, glass, and concrete.
Excellent Waterproofing
The aluminum foil layer provides a high sealant. The dense molecular structure of the butyl rubber effectively blocks water vapor penetration, achieving a water vapor transmission rate of ≤0.1 g/m²/24h.
High and Low Temperature Resistance
The adhesive layer withstands temperatures from -40°C to 120°C without cracking or flowing.
Aluminum Foil Reflective Layer
The surface layer features 0.05mm thick aluminum foil, providing corrosion and sun protection while also reflecting heat and slowing substrate aging.
Customizable
Dimensions: Width 50mm-1000mm, Thickness 0.5mm-3mm, can be cut to suit your project needs.
Color: Standard silver aluminum foil, customizable with special finishes such as black and white.
Packaging: Customizable with shrink film rolls, cartons, and outer boxes. Brand labeling and OEM support available.
